Therapy and Evaluations for Autistic Adults

You’ve spent a lifetime trying to “figure yourself out”
Maybe it’s time to stop guessing.
You’ve always known your brain worked a little differently. Maybe you’ve been called “too sensitive,” “too quiet,” or “too much.” Maybe you’ve learned to hide parts of yourself just to get through the day. You’re exhausted from trying to keep up and wondering if there’s a deeper reason it’s always felt this hard.
Hey there!
I’m Salena
i’m so glad you’re here!
I’m a licensed psychologist specializing in autism evaluations and therapy for high-masking adults. Whether you’re seeking clarity through a formal diagnosis or support in navigating life as an autistic person, I’m here to help.

Autism Evaluations for Adults
Not all autism evaluations are created equal.
Many adults seeking an autism diagnosis have been misdiagnosed, dismissed, or told they’re “not autistic enough.” That’s why my approach is affirming, neurodiversity-affirming, and rooted in a deep understanding of how autism can show up differently, especially in adults who have learned to mask.
What to expect:
A comprehensive evaluation process that centers your lived experience
A collaborative and compassionate approach. No clinical coldness here
A clear written report you can use for workplace accommodations, self-advocacy, or just to finally have answers
Whether you're self-diagnosed and want something official, or you're just starting to explore the possibility, this process is designed to be validating, respectful, and empowering.

Therapy for Late-Identified Autistic Adults
You don’t need to “fix” yourself. You need space to be yourself.
Therapy with me isn’t about making you fit into a neurotypical mold. It’s about helping you unlearn burnout-inducing survival strategies and reconnect with who you are underneath the mask.
Together, we’ll work on:
Understanding and accepting your autistic identity
Healing from burnout and years of feeling “not enough”
Communicating your needs, so those close to you will finally understand
Building a life that actually works for your brain, not against it
Whether you’re newly diagnosed or years into your journey, therapy can be a powerful space to process the diagnosis and get to the bottom of who you really are.

This is your space to be understood.
I work exclusively with autistic and neurodivergent adults, especially those who:
Have spent years masking and people-pleasing
Feel stuck in cycles of burnout and recovery
Want to build a more sustainable, authentic life
You don’t have to keep going it alone.
Let’s find the clarity, support, and self-compassion you deserve.
