About Dr. Salena Justice
I help high-masking, late-identified autistic adults better understand themselves, recover from burnout, and build practical skills for navigating work, relationships, communication, and everyday life.
I'm Dr. Salena Justice, a Doctor of Psychology and Licensed Psychologist with 10 years of experience working with autistic adults through training and clinical practice. My approach is warm, collaborative, and highly practical. Rather than focusing only on insight, I help clients develop real-world strategies they can actually use.
I provide autism assessments and skills-based therapy using neurodiversity-affirming care, executive functioning support, and evidence-based approaches drawn from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Together, we work on reducing overwhelm, improving communication, creating sustainable routines, and building a life that feels more manageable.
I offer in-person sessions in Brevard, North Carolina, and virtual services throughout participating PSYPACT states.
If you've spent years wondering why life feels harder than it seems to for everyone else, you're not alone. I'd be honored to help you make sense of it.
